The Challenge

Most service businesses — salons, clinics, studios, workshops — still run bookings through phone calls. That means a staff member is tied up answering the phone during business hours, and every booking made outside those hours is simply lost.

The businesses that do have a website usually treat it as a brochure: opening hours and a phone number, with no way to actually reserve a slot. Customers who'd rather book online, especially after hours, go somewhere that lets them.

Our Approach

We designed around one goal: get someone from 'I want an appointment' to 'it's booked' in as few taps as possible, with zero ambiguity about price or duration.

The flow is a five-step wizard — service, specialist, date & time, contact details, confirm — with price and duration shown on every service card up front, so there are no surprises at checkout.

The Solution

Because there's no payment gateway to configure or card fees to absorb, a business can go live with online bookings without changing how they take payment at all — the site's only job is to fill the calendar correctly.
